Edenbrook Second Ave, part of Eden East Network, seeks a friendly receptionist to welcome residents, visitors, vendors and staff, manage calls, and support departments in a dynamic post-acute care environment.

This part-time role requires independence, professionalism, and punctuality, with Tuesday and Friday 4 PM–8 PM shifts and alternating weekends; candidates should be comfortable with basic computer software and calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous manner.
• Operate the facility's paging system as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors and vendors and direct them appropriately.
• Assist by answering questions or refer to the right department.
• Monitor front entrance, including LOA residents, for safety and tracking.
• Make announcements over intercom during emergencies and drills.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
