Ebenezer is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Aurora on France Assisted Living in Edina, MN. You will greet visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and help keep the front desk organized, creating a positive first impression for residents and guests.

This role includes light clerical tasks, room/guest suites scheduling, mail handling, and collaboration with sales and marketing. The position features an evening shift, every other weekend rotation, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and vendors; answer phones and relay messages.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk workspace to create a positive first impression.
• Respond to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per policy.
• Provide clerical support: memos, minutes, letters, and filing as needed.
• Schedule and manage room and Guest Suites; handle mail and package distribution.
