Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of clerical experience or completed secretarial program.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and office equipment; HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with professional etiquette and direct to the right department.
• Take accurate messages and provide necessary information.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or residents.
