CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome patients, manage front desk operations, and support clinical staff onsite in Nashville. The role emphasizes compassionate service, accurate record-keeping, and efficient appointment flow in a TB-screened environment.

You will handle calls, coordinate schedules, and assist with basic administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered.
• Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls.
• Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
• Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Experience improving patient care and experience.
• TB screening required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
• Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
