National HealthCare Corporation in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a friendly Receptionist to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks.

Hours are Monday through Friday; responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, screening and directing messages, and assisting with mail and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service while multi-tasking numerous calls and responding to customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing at least 45 words per minute with accuracy.
• Pleasant and helpful personality in person and via telephone.
• Proficiency in Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors.
• Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice, using proper English. Screen or transfer calls, take and deliver messages when appropriate.
• Sort, open and date mail at Administrator’s discretion.
• Understand and follow Company and Center policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
