Cypress Grove Post Acute in Jackson, TN is seeking a Receptionist to provide efficient clerical support and serve visitors and residents with professionalism. You will handle calls, greet guests, and manage mail and resident records in alignment with facility policies.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of clerical experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a clerical position or completed a secretarial program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment.
• HIPAA confidentiality required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer all incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Determine nature of calls and direct to appropriate person/department.
• Greet visitors and direct to office or residents’ rooms.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed.
• Maintain current file/listing of residents, emergency contacts, and extensions.
• Maintain the check-in/out system and keep daily lists for six months.
