Valley Health System is seeking a Front Desk Clerk at Luckow Pavilion to support the Practice and staff with front desk duties, including check-in and check-out, and general administrative tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, formal coursework in office management or business, and at least 6 months of related experience. Computer literacy is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Six (6) months of customer service/data entry or clerical experience required.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of front desk activities to support the Practice and staff.
• Handles checking-in and checking-out and other duties as directed by Practice Manager.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in handling patient information.
