Responsibilities

• Greet all guests, assisting them with their visit.
• Address all client queries and concerns.
• Answer all phone calls, redirecting calls to the proper party as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages.
• Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies.
• Keep a neat and tidy front desk area.
• Check, sort, and forward general inbound emails.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
