Job summary

TRAVELODGE/PENNY'S DINER OF MISSOURI VALLEY, IA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.

You will help guests with directions and local recommendations, maintain accurate records, and support front desk operations. Prior hospitality exposure and basic computer reservations skills are a plus. On-site employment with room for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Stable work history required.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Team player; not suitable for working in isolation.
• Clear communication of information and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally.
