Job summary

Quadel Consulting & Training in Miami, FL is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for participants, applicants, housing providers, and the public. You will deliver courteous, efficient service and manage front desk operations in accordance with PHA policies.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, directing inquiries, data entry, scheduling, handling documents, and maintaining confidential information under HUD regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Spanish/Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist participants, applicants, Housing Providers and visitors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Manage front desk operations, visitor check-in, scheduling, and document handling.
• Enter notes in the system and maintain confidential information per HUD regulations.
• Support with general administrative tasks and distribution of notices.
