Job summary

Quadel, a company focused on serving communities, seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for participants, applicants, housing providers, and the public. The role emphasizes professional, courteous, and efficient customer service while managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, directing inquiries about HCV programs, maintaining records, scheduling, confidentiality under HUD rules, and supporting staff with documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment performing customer service and administrative functions is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish/Creole is a plus.
• Experience with computers, telephones, calculator and related office tools (MS Office Suite) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lobby activity to ensure a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment.
• Greet and assist participants, applicants, Housing Providers, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls; respond to general inquiries regarding HCV program processes and services.
• Maintain organized records of visitor logs, inquiries, and correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling appointments for program staff and with document submission processes.
• Ensure confidentiality of participant information and compliance with HUD regulations.
