Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and engage community members as they enter the center.
• Answer Rhombus video phone and desk phone; buzz members into the space.
• Log daily attendance in Center databases; coordinate with staff as needed.
• Assist with sign-up sheets for activities and food pantry distribution.
• Maintain organized office space and supplies; support trauma-informed care principles.
