Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with experience in the social service field.
• Act 34 Criminal, Act 33 Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances required upon hire.
• Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications or willingness to obtain them upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet community members as they enter the space and be the first point of engagement.
• Answer the Rhombus video phone and desk phone; buzz community members into the center.
• Log daily attendance in databases.
• Assist with sign-up sheets for activities and food pantry sign-ups and distributions.
• Support general office organization, supplies, and cleanliness.
• Develop a supportive, nonjudgemental relationship with participants; apply trauma-informed care.
