Job summary

Associa is seeking a Welcome Ambassador Supervisor to ensure a positive resident experience while maintaining security and orderly access. The role requires friendly, detail-oriented service and the ability to multitask across front-desk duties.

The supervisor will greet residents and guests, monitor access, and operate the Emergency Response System, maintaining accurate daily logs and responding promptly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front Desk/Concierge experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains daily log, records and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
