Job summary

Associa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet visitors, verify access to units, and serve as the gatekeeper for residential buildings. The role involves coordinating deliveries and packages, roving the property, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non‑verbally.
• Provide legible communication and directions.
• Ability to input and access information in property management system/ computers/ POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and guests and coordinate access to units.
• Coordinate deliveries and packages; manage rovering of building premises.
• Monitor security cameras and building exterior doors to maintain a safe environment.
• Control guest/vendor access to residential floors and assist residents and guests as needed.
• Communicate with unit owners, maintenance, and property management to ensure service needs are met.
• Maintain a professional and clean front desk area during the shift.
• Follow safety and security policies and handle crisis situations if needed.
