Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet residents and guests, monitor security systems, and maintain logs with meticulous attention to detail. The role emphasizes strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work weekends based on project needs.

You will handle access control, assist with emergencies, and support the on-site property manager while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for all building occupants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and invitees and direct them appropriately.
• Monitor Emergency Response System and Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms accurately.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with access control and building security.
• Follow safety procedures and support on-site property management.
