Job summary

Allied Universal, Lake Mary, FL, is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Visitor Registration. You will greet visitors, manage access control, badge processes, monitor entry, and provide exceptional customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.

This full-time role pays $16.53 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles, background check, and drug screen; prior guard card/badge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possession of Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access Control or Badge Experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the front desk and confirm appointments.
• Manage access control and badge issuance/return.
• Monitor entry activity and maintain accurate logs.
• Respond to incidents and assist with emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with site contacts and client representatives.
