Formación

• Valid driver’s license required in the state of the job.
• 3+ years of Military Police, Corrections, armed security or LE graduate experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state; driving positions require license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security equipment; report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and following procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, and access records while protecting confidentiality.
