Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following security procedures.
• Monitor access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/incident records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Answer calls, provide information, and communicate professionally with visitors and staff.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report hazards or concerns to leadership.
