Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Checkpoint in Los Angeles, CA. You will greet tenants and visitors, monitor access, and respond to security concerns while upholding customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors, verify access credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor records, and direct guests.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and other security systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly and coordinate with building personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain logs and incident reports; communicate during shift transitions.
