Allied Universal® in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Services to provide front desk coverage at a commercial real estate site. You’ll greet tenants and visitors, verify credentials, and manage calls and inquiries while upholding site procedures.

This role offers flexible anchor shifts with weekly commitment, opportunities to earn more via additional shifts, and the potential to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a front desk.
• Monitor access and verify credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor records.
• Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries to building personnel.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
