Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license needed for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Answer calls, provide directions and building information, and assist with tenant and visitor inquiries professionally.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following site protocols and notify leadership and emergency services as needed.
