Allied Universal in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Security Officer Full Time Highrise Front Desk to welcome guests, manage access, and maintain a safe, professional environment at a hotel or resort location. You will monitor the front desk, verify credentials, respond calmly to incidents, and keep accurate records of visitor activity and communications.

A minimum of 2 years security experience and a high school diploma are required; licensing per state rules may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 18+ (21+ for armed roles); licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license only for driving positions.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Monitor the front desk area, manage visitor access in accordance with site procedures, and verify credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, deliveries, lost-and-found items, and other front desk communications.
• Assist with directing guests and visitors, answering routine questions, and reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns.
