Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Reception in Charleston, WV. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access control, and support a secure, customer-focused lobby at a financial institution.

The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents while maintaining a welcoming environment. Full-time schedule with shift coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to escalation procedures.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and provide general lobby support while maintaining a welcoming entry.
