Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Reception in Charleston, WV. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access control, and support a secure, customer-focused lobby at a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to escalation procedures.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and provide general lobby support while maintaining a welcoming entry.

As a Security Officer Front Desk Reception in Charleston, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and support a professional, secure environment. You will use computer or tablet systems, communicate clearly with employees and guests, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor and incident logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and provide general lobby support while helping to maintain a welcoming and controlled entry environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
