Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Background history considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, maintain visitor logs, issue temporary access credentials, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and/or communication equipment; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, building concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Support front-desk operations by answering phones, receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership.
