Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Reception Alarm Panel in Cleveland, OH for full-time work. You will manage access control, monitor alarm panels, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols.

Role requires a professional front-desk presence, ability to verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and respond calmly to incidents using established procedures.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and available security-related systems from the front desk; report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident documentation, and other required reports while protecting confidential information.
