Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk in a commercial real estate location, greet visitors, maintain logs, and support access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor entry areas and security systems from the front desk and report issues per site procedures.
• Assist with tenant and visitor inquiries, deliveries, and building access requests while maintaining a professional presence.
