Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories per laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the property, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor records per site procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine information to building occupants and authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; notify appropriate personnel and support emergency response when needed.
• Monitor front desk activity, report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns, and complete required reports and documentation.
