Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer at a commercial real estate site in Miami, FL. You will greet visitors, manage access control, badge processing, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service as a front desk presence.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and visitor management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to security incidents and escalate as needed.
• Observe lobby activity and CCTV, report unusual conditions.
• Assist tenants and visitors with routine inquiries while observing policies.
