Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Manage visitor access by verifying ID, issuing credentials and maintaining logs.
• Monitor front desk activity and security systems per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify emergency responders when needed.
• Support operations by handling deliveries and reporting unusual activity.
