Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk Visitor Authentication in Fort Lee, NJ. You will staff the residential front desk, manage access, verify visitors, and provide excellent customer service.

This full-time role offers an afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with pay rate $18.00 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to use a computer or tablet, and background/drug screening in line with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and comfortable using a computer/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the residential front desk, enforcing access-control protocols.
• Monitor entry activity and maintain visitor/vendor logs; coordinate with building staff.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow emergency procedures, and document actions.
• Monitor cameras and building access points; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
