Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-desk customer service by greeting visitors and directing to appropriate areas.
• Verify identification, manage visitor logs, and issue credentials as applicable.
• Monitor access points and security systems according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, notifying responders as needed.
• Assist retail location operations by handling deliveries and reporting unusual activity.
