Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Criminal history considered per law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials and appointments, issue visitor badges, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document actions taken.
• Support a professional reception environment by answering phones and directing guests.
