Job summary

Allied Universal in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Appointment Verification. You will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, monitor cameras, and respond to incidents at a residential property.

The role offers daytime to evening shifts on Thu-Sun, with a pay rate of $20.60 per hour. Minimum requirements include being 18+, high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and license where required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a residential property.
• Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, verifying access authorization, maintaining visitor records, and communicating relevant information to residents and on-site personnel.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or building systems from the assigned post; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; contact emergency services and/or management as directed by site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while representing Allied Universal professionally.
