Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed or 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel.
• Staff the front desk and act as primary contact for visitors and vendors.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following procedures.
• Assist with communications and coordination with management or responders.
