• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, screen visitors, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points and communications; escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document actions taken.
• Support a professional reception environment by answering phones and directing guests.
