Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our Highland Beach property on a Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm shift, plus Monday-Wednesday 3pm-11pm. You will greet residents, manage access control, and monitor security systems, maintaining daily logs and responding to emergencies.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with residents, guests and staff.
• Monitors and operates electronic security control systems.
• Greets residents, guests and invitees and directs them accordingly.
• Maintains daily logs and forms with accuracy.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and safety incidents.
• Ensures building security and access control procedures are followed.
