Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Highland Beach, FL. The role requires meeting and greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in/out, and handling emergency response and access control procedures.

The candidate will monitor electronic security systems, maintain daily logs, and provide superior customer service with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Weekend shifts are included, with potential for additional duties by the on-site manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
