Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet residents and visitors, manage access control, and monitor security systems at a Palm Beach, FL property. You will handle daily logs, respond to emergencies, and support building operations with a professional, personable approach.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and 2–3 years of business experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, guests and invitees.
• Monitor Emergency Response System.
• Operate and monitor electronic security control systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Control access to the building and monitor safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and strong communication.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete all required forms and duties as assigned by the property manager.
