Job summary

FirstService Residential is looking for a Front Desk Associate in Highland Beach, FL. You will greet residents, check guests and service providers in and out, and support access control procedures.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes safety, daily log maintenance, and coordination with on-site personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software knowledge preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and clear communication with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Monitors and operates electronic security control systems and emergency responses.
• Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees.
• Maintains daily logs, records, and forms with accuracy.
• Responds to emergencies in a timely manner and ensures secure building access.
