Job summary

FirstService Residential in Miami seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet residents, monitor access, and respond to emergencies. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation and the ability to multitask in a security-minded environment.

Shift is Thursday to Monday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with compensation at $21 per hour. The position offers full-time hours and benefits, including a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
