Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in West Palm Beach to greet residents, manage guests, and support building security operations. You will monitor access systems, log daily activities, and respond promptly to incidents, while delivering strong customer service in a dynamic, on-site environment.

The role emphasizes clear communication, multitasking, and adherence to safety procedures, with the potential for additional duties as assigned by the property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required or preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information system hardware/software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Understand and respond to emergency and access control procedures.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and time management.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Handle emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
