Oaks Integrated Care in Lawrenceville, NJ is seeking a Scheduler to greet visitors at the front desk for a program serving adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, children with serious emotional disturbance, and veterans. You will uphold safety, show respect, and manage records with crisis-prevention basics.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication, Excel data-tracking, and coordinating with management on deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Secretarial/administrative/clerical experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing guests.
• Interface with management staff regarding employee records.
• Tracking statistical information such as program spreadsheets in Excel.
• Running reports and follow up as needed.
• Managing projects.
• Coordinating deadlines with management.
• Assisting with answering phones and lunch coverage; rotate when receptionist is out.
• PO requests: ordering supplies.
• Maintaining petty cash/debit card.
