As experience-based duties grow, you will handle escalations with professionalism, keep operations on track, and collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a salon or beauty environment.
• Experience with sales.
• Positive and engaging demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Demonstrated kindness and empathy.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
