• Experience in guest service and sales is required.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle cash and balancing cash drawers.

• Create an extraordinary experience for service guests, Future Professionals, and other school guests.
• Mentor Future Professionals in guest service and clinic operations.
• Follow service desk systems to ensure smooth guest flow in the clinic classroom.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to a positive learning environment.
