WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR - SALON SALES SUPERVISOR:

As a Front Desk Coordinator - Salon Sales Supervisor, your day will be filled with energy, connection, and opportunities to make a difference. You will greet students and clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly. Throughout the day, you will use your communication skills to assist clients, support sales efforts, discuss products and services, and help ensure every guest has a positive experience. You will serve as a go-to resource for front desk operations, address customer concerns, handle escalated situations with professionalism and care, and work to ensure clients are happy with their services. As someone with more experience, you will help maintain an organized and positive environment while using problem-solving skills and initiative to keep daily operations on track.
