Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly Hyper Wellness Representative in Chandler to greet clients, explain wellness services, and guide them through bookings and memberships.

You will onboard new clients, conduct tours, and educate on medical benefits and at-home care while helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. A passion for health and wellness and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handle phone calls, voicemails, and manage bookings/scheduling/cancellations.
• Onboard new clients, complete waivers, create profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Represent the brand and embody Restore’s values in daily work.
• Foster a fun, engaging store culture where team members are valued.

• Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system

• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field

The pay range for this role is:

16 - 19 USD per hour (Restore - Chandler)
