Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a dedicated Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, assist with wellness services, and guide them through bookings and onboarding. You will educate customers on offerings and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail customer service experience, a passion for health and wellness, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Able to work weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Assist clients over the phone; handle voicemails and booking/rescheduling/cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
• Represent the brand and embody Restore’s values.
