Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Somerville locations. Our Wellness Representatives greet clients, guide them through services, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You’ll help with bookings, onboarding, and product education while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Join a fun, wellness-focused team and contribute to a culture that values people and performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree or pursuing degree in kinesiology/exercise science/personal training or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Assist clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and facilitate booking and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct store tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by upholding Restore’s values and mission.
• Foster a fun, engaging store culture where team members are valued.

• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
